Casa Duro Suite in Greenville
Room Service: Guests of Casa Duro can enjoy perks like private catered dinners from Sister. Stephen Karlissch

Duro Hospitality—the group that brought you The Charles—has unveiled a trio of luxe short-term-rental apartments dubbed Casa Duro, perfect for selective guests needing accommodations for a night or a long weekend. Located above their latest Lower Greenville dining concepts, Sister and Café Duro, each apartment has its own name and distinct amenities. The environs feel worldly, layered, and intimate, thanks to Duro’s Corbin and Ross See (two-thirds of residential design firm Sees Design) and Benji Homsey of Hotel Zaza renown. Corbin notes that the Italian leanings of Sister’s menu (crafted by Duro partner and chef Chas Martin) inspired the venture’s direction. Of the décor, he says, “We wanted to add as much soul and old-world charm as possible.”

Some quick stats:

  • 3 Apartments
  • 4 total bedrooms
  • Washer-dryers in each, plus full kitchens
  • Nightly rates beginning at $375
  • Access to Café Duro and Sister
  • Perfect for: Your discerning mother-in-law who enjoys the finer things
