The building formerly known as Landry Tower has been renovated and is welcoming new healthcare tenants, with more than 50,000 square feet leased in recent months. In 2022, it completed a $9 million renovation, including the addition of a 51,000-sqaure-foot Cowboys Fit fitness facility. Notable tenants are Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation, Epiphany Dermatology, Dallas Nephrology Associates, Midwife + Co, and Texas Spine Care Center. Perkins+Will designed the building renovations, and Transwestern is handling the leasing of the building owned by Healthcare Realty.

Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital is now a Level III Trauma Center, meaning it provides immediate assessment, resuscitation, surgery, intensive care and stabilization of injured patients around the clock 24/7. The new designation will serve the nearly 400,000 person city as well as patients from Kennedale, Pantego, Mansfield and Grand Prairie. It joins Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance, Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth in being a Level III Trauma Center.
